Finley Shapiro Consulting worked with Villanova University graduate students Amal Kabalan,
Kalyan Rapolu, Nivedita Hubnalli, and Rajbir Kaur, Professor Priptal Singh, Senior Project Manager Leo Kob, and contractors to plan and install a 4.08 kilowatt system on the Villanova University Center for Engineering Education and Research. The system has 24 170 watt panels on the south wall of the building, and was installed in September, 2007. It began producing electricity on October 1, 2007. The electric power it produces is used within the building.
